- All registrants who are subjected to slot availability will be accepted on a first come, first served concept.
- Registration will be completed /approved upon receiving of the proof of payment.
- Payment through bank transfers should match the registrant name using his/her own personal bank account and receive its receipt.
- Only individual payment will be accepted, no group payments only through sponsors.
- If the participant does not have any bank account, cash deposit is required through ANB (Arab National Bank), kindly ensure the participant’s name appears in the deposit slip ,in case if (the paying person) is not the participant.

- Complete your personal information on your profile in http://events.ksau-hs.edu.sa
- Choose your workshop that you are interested in.
- Make the payment before February 16th , 2017 before 11:00 PM through the following:-
- Visit PTC Registration Office and pay in cash
- Click here to fill out this registration form attached
- Deposit exact amount for the workshop you chose in our account considering the registration guidelines.
- Send the Filled Registration Form and scanned receipt to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note the below:
- If you cannot choose your targeted workshop that means this workshop is already full.
- Applicants cannot be transferred from one workshop to another.
- All the workshop fees are non-refundable.
